I have developed my personal yoga practice for over a decade exploring vinyasa, kundalini, and yin teachings. This practice was the catalyst that inspired my in-depth exploration of the mind-body connection. For many years, I focused on the physical part of this exploration studying the asana practice of yoga as well as nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

However, nothing changed my life, or my body, more than exploring the mind part of the mind-body equation.  Currently, I am continuing this exploration as a graduate student earning an M.A. in a Spirituality, Culture and Health.

Everything is connected.

Through my training and personal experience I've learned that holistic living has the capacity to transform our entire being. I hope to inspire potential and curiosity through sharing what I've learned while awakening others to the benefits of yoga far beyond the physical practice.
